Re: RaceME Ultra Causing Draw To Battery

    I did a parasitic test.
Without the Ultra the truck sits at .020, with the Ultra it sits at 0.125/.13

I reached in the window and unplugged the obd, it dropped to .020

    Edit -
This was with the bypass cable... im going to do a test without the bypass cable, to verify it's not the bypass not letting something sleep with that extra .1 draw with the ultra.

20 milliamperes is good, looks like you have found your draw from your Ultra. However even with the 130 milliamperes draw that won’t cause your batteries to be dead the next morning. Perhaps you have an intermittent draw from something else or your batteries are not able to hold a charge.

Yeah, my guy doing the weight loss next week is going to test the batteries, etc. I'd agree a .130 shouldn't kill two large batteries overnight.

Agree, just as an example a 100ma drain on a 40AH battery will take 200 Hours to drain halfway. You have two 76AH batteries in parallel for a total of 152AH capacity so it would take over a month.

So I left the truck for a week, and it was dead again.

I had the batteries tested; one was bad.

Buddy said these were OEM-looking like batteries.

New Napa batteries installed; we shall see what happens.
