I never saw that but did have a 4x4 engagement light come on a few times.
Found out a few solenoids were bad. I just replaced them all, 3 of them couldn't figure out which one was bad.
Took care of the issue.
I will say at end of winter I get underneath and pull plugs apart and clean and put just a little dielectric grease in them.
Mag chloride hard on stuff.

I gots a feelin its related to the batteries.
I'll be curious if new ones will fix that since the batts cause all kinda electrical dumbness with these trucks when they get low.

I had trouble with batteries causing issues but batteries all tested good it turned out to be just needed a good cleaning of the terminals.
Fixed it right up.

I have all kinds of lights come on and immediately go off on start up.
On my, and my wife's, vehicles.
I think it's like a split-second diagnostic, then the lights go out when they don't sense anything wrong.
Yup, purty sure the batteries was the problem here.
Ain't happened since I put em in, and she's crankin faster.
