Trying To Extend My RPM and Scale For 150% Injectors

Here is my sample file.

So I am trying to scale for my 150% injectors.

I have the flowsheet and tried to make the axis line up, and I also made adjustments to all the axis for RPM, but my truck with crank and start and run at a super low RPM and won't respond to any pedal.

Not sure what I did wrong?

Any help or critiques would be great.
