Driver Door Won't Lock/Unlock With Fob

So I disconnected the battery to do my EGR delete.

When I plugged everything back in all doors with lock and unlock with fob except the driver doors.

All fuses are good.

I did manually unlock the door when the battery was disconnected to get something.

The internet isn't helping me.

So here I am.

Never heard of this issue before.

I just wonder if you disconnect the batteries again with the door unlocked then lock it with the key.

Sounds crazy but maybe worth a try. Please keep us posted.

I'll give it a go tonight when I delete my throttle valve.

How did you make out, any luck with the driver side door?

The biggest culprit with window switches and door locks is people leave their windows down or their doors open and the switches get rained on.

Sometimes just getting in and out of the vehicle the switches can get soaked if it's raining hard enough and they'll flip out.

Do you have Uconnect?

If so, did you try locking and unlocking the doors?

Or does UConnect do that?

Forgot.

I never renewed mine when the free trial ran out.

My wife's FordPass is free.

The Uconnect is seriously not worth it unless it's an emergency.

Oh well, nothing's perfect.
