Hello From Oregon - 2010 Dodge RAM 2500 CCB
I just popped on a premium membership, so I'm hoping that this will have real benefits.
With Facebook groups being so popular these days, the forums don't seem to be staying current.
My hope is that this forum provides enough real value, that it stays current.
Besides that, I'm an tech savvy guy that loves cars and diesel trucks.
Anything really from lawnmowers to OTR trucks.
I'm interested in understanding how tuning the diesel stuff works.
Not just who to send emails to get the tunes and what hardware to buy, but actually writing the maps myself.
These skills don't seem to be openly shared on the internet, I haven't found very much on free platforms like YouTube.
My diesel is a 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 CCB, LB, 4x4 with a 6.7L diesel.
Right now I've got it deleted with an H&S Mini Maxx.
I'm expecting that I'll be replacing the mini maxx, but I'm not sure with what yet.
I primarily use my truck to haul my toys to the Oregon Sand dunes.
I used to have a truck camper, but I just recently sold it.
So I don't run as heavy as I used to.
But since I did have the camper, I rigged the truck up with air bags, sway bar, and 19.5" wheels and tires.
The main reason I selected the Mini Maxx is because it would disable the TPMS.
There might be better solutions these days though.
Anyways, that's me in a nutshell and why I'm here.
I'm looking forward to getting to know so folks here and learning!
