The remote filters are easy to change and there is some oil cooling too.

I would use the AMSOIL Synthetic Tractor Hydraulic/Transmission Oil. They hold 4.5 qts.

I use Amsoil 100% in truck. I have it from bumper to bumper (oh yes, I'm a Independent Dealer as well). It runs cooler, more horsepower, less oil drains, and the best of all better MPG. 24 as of today. It's 2004 Ram 3500 Dually 2WD w/5.9L Turbo. Has Banks, Hi-Ram Intake, S&B Cold Air Intake, Magnaflow 4' turbo back exhaust, we just put the SRT Hood and Front Bumper Cover and grille.
I guess I'm using the wrong amsoil I haven't noticed any difference.
