    New in MT

I’m from SW Montana. Have had 9 different Cummins trucks so far. Just picked up an 09 Mega Cab truck that’s bone stock with relatively low miles. It’s going to replace my 98 12V as a tow rig. Love my 12 valves, but they really aren’t super comfortable to drive all the time. Anyway, wanted to get joined up here so I can get recommendations on delete stuff for the 09. Since the diesel industry is under attack it’s been hard to find the right stuff to make these 6.7s run how they should.

Attached a picture of my race car for fun.

Well I thought I had just picked up an 09, but some interesting details about that deal made for some issues.

Short story is I’m still in the market, and right now I’m choosing between a 2006 6 speed 180k miles, or a 2011 auto 153k miles for the same price.

You’d think the 2011 would be an easy choice except it’s an ST with some hail damage on the hood and roof.
