    Check batteries.

Low batteries make computers go crazy.

Even if running at 12 volts cycle could be bad.

    It’s that time of year.

    If lucky maybe loose terminals.

Truck is back, running good so far.

Took it to a friends shop to check rail pressure and codes, we couldn't find anything there so we started with a new fuel filter and a new water separator and it hasn't acted up since.

I figured it had to be fuel filters or something fuel related.
