CP3 With Black Market Performance Or FASS System *HELP*

So I am trying to figure out which system is better.

I am not doing any HP upgrades other than what I currently have already, which is the following.

    2020 Ram 2500:
EZ Lynk with CTT Tuning Emission intact tune with trans tuning.

*Plan to delete EGR and cap wi5-inch exhaust system*

I do plan to do the CP3 conversion kit from industrial injections but I wanted to know if I can get away with doing the front and rear cat filter upgrade with Black Market Performance.

Or go with the FASS system upgrade lift pump.

Pro/Cons and why, if you guys can direct me in the right direction on this choice.

    Thanks for the help guys.

So you are thinking of installing CP3 conversion and leaving stock filtration?

    OR

Leaving stock cp4 and adding filtration to prevent from killing it?

    I would 100% recommend going CP3 conversation.

They are tried and true- very reliable even with okay filtration.

The extra filtration is really beneficial for injectors.

I'd agree with Tex the CP4's have seen so many catastrophic failures it would be a no brainier to go with a CP3.

I'd recommend aftermarket filtration and an upgraded lift pump because as we know mo fuel mo powah.

Why do you recommend S&S over Industrial Injections kit? The price difference is pretty steep for S&S compared to II. I'm just wondering for myself because I've got a 2020 that I will be CP3 swapping too.

Which kit were you comparing the S&S to? The industrial kit is $25 more from what I can tell. Here’s the link for II kit

The industrial injection kit comes with a 10mm pump.

The S&S doesn't when you select the 10mm pump this is the price.

I’ll report back Monday- I know part of this is the proprietary components of the pump itself but I want to clarify something.

I’m seeing with S&S and Industrial to make sure it’s an accurate statement.

    Stay tuned

Here’s the scoop on what I’ve pieced together with CP3 conversion.

The Industrial Injection kit uses the 10mm stroker shaft but this is not to be confused with the entire pump.

Stock Bosch uses a 8.2mm for some reference.

    S&S conversion kit specs

15 psi supply pressure / 6,000 RPM pump speed (4,000 RPM engine speed)

    Stock CP4 – 189 L/h
    S&S NoTune CP3 – 249.2 L/h

In a nut shell the kits are very comparable. The 10mm kit from S&S is more expensive due to the pump being 10mm and not just the shaft.

I am waiting for flow numbers from industrial still.

Have you heard from industrial injection yet about flow numbers?

Thank you for all the info and time!
