2014 6.7L Cummins - No Boost No Power

I have a new to me truck I purchased with a bad turbo, I pulled the turbo and actuator.

VGT was hard and sticking, purchased reman turbo and actuator and installed.

Boost reading is 0 from time of install.

Tried changing MAP sensor still reading 0.

Not wanting to pull turbo back off if problem is something else.

Is the truck driving okay and making boost?

You probably need to have the VGT Actuator Calibration performed.

I know it has to be performed when replacing the actuator, so I would assume it also needs to be done if you replace the turbo and actuator.
