    EGR Plunger

If I were to remove the plunger inside of the EGR would my truck throw any codes?

Unless your EGR is tuned out, I would also say yes.

Thanks for your input another question I tried removing my silencer ring with stock exhaust with a stock intake and I noticed a massive power loss any reason as to why that happened?

Removing the turbo silencer ring alone should not have caused massive power loss. I would guess boost loss due to leak. Check for any DTC’s.

Unfortunately yes if you remove the plunger than the exhaust gas won’t go through the bypass to the intake and it will sense there’s no exhaust temperature going into the intake manifold you need a tuner MM3 is your best bet
