I'm looking for suggestions on upgrades, intake, exhaust, tuning, etc.
Also, do I need to add anything to the fuel in the winter?
It can get pretty cold where I live.

Adding any type of diesel fuel additives always seems to ruffle some feathers with some - but here is a product I use & would recommend.

My 2.1 cents on this matter - Be very selective on where you purchase your diesel and try to keep your fuel tank full most of the time during the winter months.
If your going to add a Winter Blend diesel fuel additive - Begin adding it a couple weeks before it begins getting really cold - so the additive has a great chance on being blended 100% with your fuel before hand & add it with every fill up there after.
If it isn't time yet to change out your water separator filter (Come Nov) at least drain the water separator.

Otherwise your access to the full inner workings of the community with be limited.
The product below is also a Additive that I would recommend: (Not just because I use it) but because if feel it actually has some serious value added to the horrid diesel quality here in the States.
(Nov thru March) - I run 4oz HSS Winter Blend & 4oz Ultraguard with every fill up of 15gals or more - Granted a 32oz bottle of Winter Blend and a 64oz jug of Ultra will last me all winter.
With all that spewed out - I don't know what You have access to up North!
