    Question S&B Intake Plastic Cover?

    Hey all, wanting to hear some input on removing and or keeping the plastic cover for the S&B Intake.

    Turbo noise will increase, exhaust brake will be a little more throaty. Any HP gain/loss won't be noticed unless you put it on a dyno.

    If you don't have it on you then have a hot air intake like a K&N CAI style unit.

    Pulling the hot air in from the top of the engine compartment.
