Just waiting on the new Carli steering stabilizer.
Should be in on Tuesday.
Sorry about the 20 post string.
I couldn't figure out how to post multiple pics in one post.

Got the new Carli steering stabilizer installed finally today.
Had a small hiccup when I got it out of the box.
It was supposed to have 200 psi of nitrogen in it but it was empty when I went to check the pressure before installation.
Wasn't a huge deal as I have access to nitrogen servicing equipment. I pumped it up with 145 psi of nitrogen and installed it.
Didn't put it all the way to 200 because that pressure is only used to counter the natural left pull of some tires.
I guess that's a thing, never heard of that.
If my tires did that I think I'd rethink that brand of tire.
Anyway took her for a test drive and was able to run it down a nice straight patch of road and let go of the wheel to see what it would do.
Went almost two miles before I had to give any slight adjustments.
The bumps have no effect at all on the wheel.
Just keeps rolling in the direction that I pointed it in.

So update to this adventure.
I still have some steering issues like the truck kinda wants to wander around a bit.
I thought maybe something was loose so I went back under and put a torque wrench on every bolt and nut to make sure everything was right, and it was all perfect.
So I got to looking around for something else.
I found this stuff, I found what looks to be a cracked washer under the steering arm coming off the steering box.
I have the picture included so yall can see it. I also grabbed the steering input shaft to the box and wiggled it.
My question is, is the washer a split washer, or is it actually cracked, and also do you think that is too much play in the steering shaft and if so is it a column problem or a box problem.
Just for some info, the front end was jacked up when I did that wiggle test to release the residual pressure of the steering system.

So I have been struggling for over a year with the same thing I've got the Carli pin top on my 2012 low mount stabiliser ball joints track bar control arms airbags the whole 9 yd except for the sway bar up front.
I came across A article that talked about the sector shaft joint under the steering wheel.
You can get a new one or you can get a bushing kit from crazy carels and press them in and it helped mine a bunch.
After chasing this for a long long time and spending so much time and money on it I can't believe it was something so simple.

Didn't even think of that!
I went online and ordered some.
For 12 bucks, it is definitely worth it if it fixes it.
That will at least tell me if it is going to be worth spending the 350 bucks for a new intermediate shaft.
Thanks for the advice!

My wife would not even drive the truck because she felt so unsafe now she loves to drive it but It is sitting in the driveway with the transmission out.
Daisy is dying to get to her next horse event Revmax 700 on the way.

@flanagan so here they are!
My intermediate shaft bushings finally came in.
Here's what I used to install them, I rusty c-clamp I got from a junk yard in Fallon NV, and a 25yo bottle of red lock tire.
Here are some before pictures.
There was a pretty good amount of play in it for sure.
Here is the set up I used to get the bushing in.
Bushing all pushed in! Super easy!
And for added security i put a hose clamp around it to make sure they don't go anywhere.
All in all, it no kidding it took less than 30 mins to go get them out of the mailbox, gather some tools, fully install them while taking pictures, and put everything away.
I know this because I did it in the 30 mins that dinner was in the instant pot haha.
I was back inside with minutes to spare.
