Here it is in all it's stock glory, will be getting "tuned" next year as I have to save up $$$ and put on better snow tires first.

I am new to the diesel world as I have just purchased my first ever diesel truck, a 2020 Ram 2500 6.7L in Granite Grey, picked up the truck about 2 days ago and I LOVE IT.

I have been looking at diesel trucks for a few years now and always wanted one and when I first saw the new 2019/2020 Ram 2500 I knew I had to have one.

I have lots of previous experience with different turbo platformed cars and aftermarket modification along with running alternative fuels like E85.

The diesel world has always interested me and this forum seems like the best place to gain a collective knowledge of my new platform and figure out how far down the rabbit hole I can go with my new truck and making sure it is running as strong and efficient as it can.

I am located in the high country of Colorado living at over 9000 ft above sea level and plan to do the basic modifications I have read about on this forum so far as I would do with any other vehicle I have owned; intake, exhaust, "tune", lift kit + 35"s.

I will keep you all posted on my progress and start a build thread at some point as I feel that my experience with this setup will vary from others given my elevation and general travel habits of going through mountain passes and having to drive on the least flat roads you can imagine to go anywhere.

Anyways, thank you all coming to my TedX talk and I'm glad I found this forum and thanks to all who contribute to it and will inevitably help me along in my journey in this new world of diesels.

    - JG
    Congrats on the new truck!
