    Re: Turbo Talk

That there water pump is brand new from thoroughbred diesel lasted 400 miles.

The bearing failed on I 25 And 100?

Out with my dog and horses broke the serpentine belt and broke my fan chipped my brand new Mishimoto radiator broke the serpentine belt tensioner.

So I called thoroughbred diesel and they sent me a new water pump after I had to buy one sitting on the side of the road after I already bought the new 1 from them.

Sorry sir that's all we could do.

So I have a new water pump from thoroughbred diesel anyone interested in it.

A new fan and serpentine belt new tensioner and my radiator is all messed up.

    You can’t catch a break!

I would think with a 465 charger even with intercooler and other mods you’d be at least high 30s low 40s with boot psi at wide open.

If I were to get an intake horn, there would be no need for any of the plates or pieces in an EGR delete kit, correct? - Currently EGR is in-tact, just disabled with tuning.

Would have a 2nd gen manifold and the 2nd gen kits look like they come with coolant reroute lines.

Talked to EvilFab a little bit about what they sell.

Said they won't sell a s300 single for a 6.7 because in their opinion they spin too hard and get too hot. - of course that's one opinion.

He said they sell a ton of s464 to stock fuel guys (unsurprisingly) and a lot of happy customers with it.

Also, said the 467.7/83/.90 spools almost identically to their 464/83/.90 on stock fuel, (~50rpm difference) and has the potential for 150hp more with nozzles over the 464. - I guess this makes some sense with the same 83/.90 effecting spool, from my small amount of turbo knowledge.

Just one guy's opinion that sells them I thought I'd share.

I always like to hear what the other guys are saying and their preferences.

I am not surprised about their suggestions.

With the intake manifold you wouldn’t need the cover plates or throttle valve delete.

Correct most second gen Kits will delete the coolant riser and have a hose that goes from the firewall under around by battery and hook in where the bottom of the riser comes in.

I've got my iron horn kit ordered along with revmax VB.

I’ll keep y’all posted with how it goes.

Man we have some great suppliers!

Ordered BD Iron Horn kit and Autometer gauges with pod on Friday night and they arrived today.

    Revmax is scheduled for tomorrow.

Hoping to have it all broken down and buttoned up by the weekend.

Going to do it bit by bit after work.

Yup the vendors on this forum are great, but man it's getting expensive.

BOOM there went my transmission no kidding.

We all know it's the chance we take when we add extra power.

Ray told me to give Tom a call at Revmax so I did.

Great guy to talk to and answered all of my questions

With no pressure and educated me quite well.

The Revmax 700 is on order three weeks out.

Tom gives Ray's customers a nice discount to.

    But o my gosh

A serious bummer on the wallet but I'm definitely jealous of that 700 you have coming.

    It will be awesome.
