I usually see 160-170*. I have gotten up to 190*+ in stop and go traffic on warm, humid days towing a 15k lbs fifth wheel.
Generally even towing it is under 180*.
I have Revmax VB, Revmax deep pan, and Revmax thermostat bypass and DRD MM3
My norm empty is @145* and towing 15k 5er never over 180* in SouthEast Louisiana.
I am running an ATS Thermo Bypass.

Towing 9k lbs or 4.5 tons, it's about 165f with completely stock trans.
Just did thermal bypass, bigger pan, & billet valve body sitting under 150f, haven't towed with it yet.
Bonus info, the Lumax LX-1704 funnel is the best one I have found yet at least for the 68RFE.
