    Replacing Headlight

    Hello

Newbie here, got our Ram 2500 '16 model last month as a bday gift.

Kinda of old but still working.

Our first problem is that headlights are dim and sometimes flickering.

Then it happened that my wife, a known impulsive buyer, bought this https://www.ramsareus.com/sku/264276clc.html recon headlights online.

I'm still learning the truck, so here are my noob questions: Is there anything I need to consider before replacing the defective headlights, what to buy, what to avoid, what things are needed?

We have a trusted mechanic, but I want to try this thing as my first DIY project.

    Stay safe and thanks

Does your truck have projector headlights or the standard reflector housings?

The headlight model you linked is for trucks that came with the factory projectors and will not work with the wiring if you have reflector housings.

If your not sure, post a pic of your truck here so we can help.
