Do you have any trouble codes to go with the check engine lamp and “service electronic throttle control” on the EVIC cluster?

Welcome friend. Hate your having issues on a 3 year old truck. Is it out of warranty completely?


2016 Ram 3500 CC 4x4, G56, Dr. DRD medically cured

Yes is completely out, I have an extended warranty but they don’t cover the harness

I'd recommend having a code reader on hand and then do the following in the following order:
1. Unplug you pedal sensor(directly behind your fuel pedal)
2. Disconnect both batteries for about an hour.
3. Plug pedal sensor back in.
4. Connect both batteries.
5. Clear codes.

This may or may not work but I'm thinking your pedal position sensor may need to be replaced.

They change the pedal position sensor, that was cover I just check the paperwork . Should I still do this ?
