Has anyone upgraded or redone your door panels?
I have a 2015 Tradesman Crew and I would like to upgrade mine or put some padding on them.
Just make them a little more plush.

Might be cheaper to get Laramie door panels off eBay or something?

Welcome to the forum!
I agree with @Noneck that sourcing some used panels from eBay or a parts yard will be the easiest route.
Most of the components of the door panel is plastic-welded making it very difficult to just replace parts.
Pull one and look at it from the back side to see what your options are.

Yea, I'd definitely just look for some Laramie panels and would bet they would pop right in.
In the same vane.
I was contemplating having more of my Laramie dash wrapped in leather to get rid of more of the hard cheap plastic.
Not sure how it would fit back together though with the added thickness.
