    Hello!

    Hey there!

So a couple of weeks ago I bought my first Cummins powered truck.

The story of my path to the Ram begins last fall, when I bought a 2019 RAM 1500 Sport as a work truck.

It's a great truck and has been serving me very well.

Still, I needed a HD 4x4 truck for chores, so I put some feelers out for something cost effective and I believe I scored.

Long story short, I found a gem prior to it going to auction and picked it up for the low sum of $3250.00. It's an SLT, with 217,000 miles and it does have a few codes (P2560, P2BAC, P003A - Coolant low, NOx EGR Code, Turbo Learning Limit) but it does look amazing, the interior is very clean and I did drive it home (about 15mi).

I'm very capable around most anything mechanical but never owning a Cummins, my focused experience is limited.

I will certainly be using some of the knowledge base here to help me.

Full disclosure: I've always wanted a Cummins but I assumed it would be in the form of a swapped F250/350, as I've always driven Ford.
