Bogging Down

New to the site. Yesterday, while pulling my gooseneck with a tractor on it, I had the cruise set at 68. No issues until I tried to accelerate. No acceleration just black smoke. Cancelled the cruise and still the same. Turned key off thinking the cruise may be hung......no change. Accelerates normally from start and rpms are normal thru lower gears.
'06 6 speed 4x4 85,000 miles

Also when trying to accelerate from the cruise control setting, with foot on the floor, just black smoke and decellerates.

Sounds like getting to much fuel.

So what speed does it start to act up?

Around 70.Going to remove positive cables tonight and see if anything clears that is electrical.

Does it smoke anymore when accelerating from a stop? Boost leak maybe?

What happens if your doing 70 without cruse control? And then hit the throttle?

Now its acting like its on a rev limiter. Doing the same in every gear at about 3 1/2 grand. Blowing smoke and not accelerating. I can hear something under the hood. Almost sound like its relieving pressure.
