    Electrical Issue

Put an aftermarket rear bumper on and the lights for the plates will not work.

I reinstalled the factory light and they will work.

Have no power with a test light with new ones installed.

    Any ideas?

Are the after market lights indicating a good ground?

So did you install the plate light’s from the old bumper into the new aftermarket bumper?

Put some LED small lights and used the original wires with some extensions and they work.

So you are getting power with the original wires.

    Should be good to go!
