I know this is an old post, but the same issue happened yesterday.

CEL codes for low-pressure fuel rail and FCA.

After limping the truck back to the shop and swapping the FCA.

Blah blah blah, and hours later, still the same issue.

The truck will run for 3 seconds and then stall.

Only if I bleed it L, S, S.

The larger ORing came off the bottom of the last filter and was wedged inside the housing, causing air to get in.

The crazy part is I drove the truck for two days after the filter change.

Like Granddad always said, the moral of the story is to make sure no seals are left behind!
