I've located most of the draw to inside the fuse box.
I disconnected the main battery feed to the fuse box and it drops to around a 1 amp draw.
I've pulled each fuse individually, but its hard because the amp draw is constantly going up and down.

Check both batteries and disconnect any hardwired connections first.
With all fuses installed and everything turned off, doors closed for 60 seconds and under hood light bulb removed you should be seeing 40 milliamperes (.040 amps) or less.
How are you measuring the draw?
Are you using a DC clamp-on or amp meter in series?

I've tested both batteries and they seem to be OK.
I've already disconnected the one hardwired wire going to the battery and that wasn't it.
All other accessories are through the OEM aux switches.
I am using a multi-meter in series.
The first reading when i hook up the multi-meter is almost 4 amps and slowly drops to around 1 amp and will fluctuate back up to 3amp.
That’s way too much current for a parasitic drain.
I am sure others will chime in.
For now I would perform the same test with the alternator wires disconnected as you may have a bad diode.

Is the truck running while you are measuring this?
That almost sounds like the grid heater cycling to me?
Parasitic drain tests are not performed with the engine running.
If the grid heater was cycling he would be seeing a good 240 amp plus draw or more.

ha, good call. We are all entitled to a bone headed thought every now and then! My bad
No not running. That was after letting the truck sit for about an hour

Did you try the test with the alternator wires disconnected?
