    Stolen MM3 screen

I recently bought 2018 RAM 2500 that had been deleted and had a MM3 tuner.

Unfortunately someone broke in and stole the screen and USB cable.

The MM3 brain and all other connections are still on the truck.

What are my options to get another screen and USB cable.

Additionally is my stock file and tunes stored on the brain unit or are they stored on the screen?

    Thanks so much

Their stores on the SD card if I'm not mistaken.

You may be able to order a replacement screen through a dealer.

    Who did your tunes?

Vehicle was already tuned/deleted when I bought the truck so I’m not sure.

    They're on the SD card.

    I hate that for you!

Good thing is the truck will hold whatever tune is on there now.

Bad news the SD card is stored in back of the unit so it’s likely gone.

Sorry to hear about your loss.

It’s a shame you don’t have a copy of the SD card saved on a computer.

Don’t know if you have theft insurance coverage but looks like you will need to purchase the missing items VIN locked to your truck and purchase new tunes if you want full functionality you had or continue with the way your truck is running now.

This is a good reminder to all of us, back up your SD card!

    Good news.

MM3 is going to sell me a new screen for $100, however I will need to purchase new warp tunes from DRD.

Don't reflash your truck to stock or let dealer do it until you get a copy of your files.

Kudos to MM3 for helping you out but the huge cost is getting another copy of your tuning files, maybe they'll have mercy and work with you.
