I just want to know what’s wrong and I feel like they just don’t care at all.

They can’t even offer a courtesy car.

The stress of wondering if it’s the head, a cylinder, a rod, a valve? $3k $10k?

When they put new injector in #3 and did valve adjust.

Did they do a compression check then?

Just really strange they did the valve adjust and said nothing else wrong.

They should of done a compression check on all.

Post up what all they did if you have the service record of that day.

Post up what they say is completely wrong.

Hopefully it shows that a valve dropped and kissed the piston.

Then they did not do the valve job correct.

UPDATE: Piston 3 and 6 have severe damage is all they told me.

Quoted new motor replacement at $26k.

I’m going tomorrow to get some pictures and further discuss the situation.

I need to find an engine builder close to Georgia.

So far only talked to Freedom Performance and gotten a quote.

    Cylinder six.

Put in a claim to Chrysler to see if they’ll take care of it but we’ll see.

    Hmm.

Looks like the rocker arms let loose.

How do you drop 3 valves in one cylinder at the same time.

Where the rockers or push rod's damaged?

    They didn’t appear to be.

I saw the top of the head briefly.

I’m going back to the dealer in the next day or two to get some stuff outta the truck.

I’ll take some more pictures and investigate more.

Just drive it. It's fine. They said.

How did they rationalize their way outta that one Sir?

They told me the said it “should” be fine.

    That wasn’t a guarantee.

It’s just odd to me I get a valve adjustment and then I have complete failure 48 hours later.

Had I not had issues before the blame would be 100% on them.

I just hope Chrysler backs their product and replaces it.
