That's what i thought so lifted the front end up enough to reseat it and same issue. I went as far as buying a replacement spring seat because the other looks pretty worn. And I bought one for the other side so they are both evenly replaced

Are both springs the same length? Something is wrong as a spring shouldn't be bulged like you're describing.

I would like to think so, but I bought my truck with them so not positive. Can I somehow measure them while still on the truck?

Here are pics of the driver and then passenger side respectively, parked on a flat surface with tires straight, both pictures taken from directly perpendicular to the spring.

The passenger seems to be noticeable "more bowed"

this is what i explained in my earlier post. your replacement springs. are they from the same company that made the lift kit? what exact type of lift kit is it. radius arm drop bracket? or is it keeping the radius arms in stock position. the track bar? is it a stock trac bar but put in a bracket? if your axle is not centered or close to center this can add to the coils final resting position.

They came with the truck, so I can only assume they came from the same kit.

Its a Pro Comp 4" radius arm lift.

I have adjustable track bars in the front and back.

Is that replacement spring seat turned the right direction? Looks off compared to the other side. You could have a weaker spring compared to the other?

    Yes the spring seat is.

They have a nipple on the top that only fits into the metal top one position.

Gotcha! I’ve never had mine off so it looked kind of off to me. LOL Could be the metal in the spring is softer than the other side causing it to sag more. I don’t know though?

Re: Passenger Side Sits Higher Than Driver?

I removed both springs and replaced the top shock absorber with a new OEM part and observed the driver side spring(20 3/8") is approximately 1/4" shorter than the passenger side one(20 5/8") when removed sitting on the driveway.

Additionally, they both have this part number on it:
    0317 56180-1

So I linked that part back to this spring:

Any new ideas based on the above information?

And oddly enough, I've always been under the impression I have a 4" lift, not a 6" lift as the page says. The truck just doesn't sit high enough to be a 6" lift IMO.
