Request start to get the parameters values failed.

Error 1.

Any ideas?

Usually indicates a problem with the file on the SD card.

Would have to format the card, reload it with a known good file, and flash the truck again.

Or buy a new card if there any questionable reason follow same procedure with new card.

That's where I would start.

Can I do that with out paying for a retune?

I just got the files sent to me yesterday.

Could I just delete them and then put them back on?

Ray is sending me a card in the mail, but would like to get it fixed sooner LOL.

If you saved the files he sent you to your computer then you can upload those onto the new SD card.

Have you tried removing the card and putting it back in to see if that works?

Make sure you save the files on your computer and even on another flash drive/disk. Then you can try to reload in new SD. I forget what the specs are on them but if you call MM3 they can tell you what cards work best, the storage can’t be too large or the unit will get finicky

I sent them an email but with the holiday and all I don’t expect to hear anything till Monday.

Ray is sending me another card so hopefully that helps also.

Do you have the tunes on a computer, or just on the card right now?

It’s just weird I will select a gauge layout then it runs it for a couple seconds than just freezes and then gives me that code.
