After I get all my Thuren goods and some other stuff I need to do an alignment.
With the recall done what are people doing?
I may be able to grind away the welds.
My steering wheel is slightly off center, been that way since recall.

That’s the only option you will have is grinding unfortunately. I didn’t do the recall, I applied a generous amount of lock tight and torqued those nuts tight. Added a little marker paint and so far after a year and a half nothing has moved.

Service manager at dealer advised that if doing the recall no more alignments. So I'm just going to keep an eye on it, same as Op did above.
My dumb butt had stainless hose clamps outside of the nuts and that would of worked but I had the tailgate recall done and they did the drag link recall too.
I will eventually be upgrading my draglink and crossover, so I will grind off and due the lock-tite method.
I really like dodgeoffroads draglink.
I have used some of their other stuff on older trucks so down the road I will see.

@DDP has recommended the Synergy drag link I believe.
I had the recall done as well before doing much research as to what was actually needed so I'll be in the same boat when I need an alignment down the road.

Thank you so much for tagging us.
Yes we highly recommend the Synergy products for either the drag link replacement or full front replacement.
You will be highly impressed with the quality of the products.
I run them on most of my vehicles and have been extremely satisfied thus far.

Synergy Drag Link, I just ordered one for my truck. My 2018 has 12k miles on it and one of my nuts were finger loose. Red loctite should work until you find a replacement if you don't wanna tac weld them. Synergy stock is limited at the moment but we have a source that has some in stock.

Rear control arms, track bars front and rear, steering linkage, and steering brace.
I’ve received the steering brace and the rear track bar and a lot of excuses.
