    New To This MM3 With A Stupid Question

    How do you know what tune is actually in play?

    I go to my RT page have 3 options and choose one I get the black and gray square doing its thing but then when it stops where to I verify if its been loaded.

    Thank you in advance.

    If this has been covered my next lesson from you all is how to use the search function because I could not find anything on how to verify what is loaded.

    I bought this build and it has Maverick diesel tunes if that matters and hopefully I am allowed to say that.

    Welcome Mike!

    Usually once the square thing stops your tune should be loaded.

    Have you tried reaching out to your tuner to verify?

    Came across this site and have went cross eyed trying to educate myself.

    Another question.. if tuner A started this with the previous owner and new owner (myself) wants to go with a different tuner what is involved?

    Not saying current tuner is doing anything wrong but if this board is supported by tuners answering questions kinda seems only right they reap the benefits financially... does that make sense?

    Your MM3 is already VIN locked to your truck (licensed), so you would just need to research and purchase new tunes based on your VIN # and any engine or transmission modifications.

    Prior to installing the SD card with the new tunes installed you would want to update your MM3 with the free latest firmware update.

    I found out a long time ago when searching any website, it's hard to pose the search words for each site.

    It depends on how the developer was thinking when writing the search codes.

    Many will be the same and many will be in another world.

    Also, you need to factor in how the person asking is thinking. ie: we both want the same answer, but ask the question in a different way.

    It's hard to be a human in an electronic world.
