    2nd Gen Swap Issues

    Hey guys.

    Got a 13 3500 with Aisin trans just done a second gen swap with Black Market Performance s464.

    Went with Anarchy Tuning.

    All was fine until my CP3 pump got burnt up due to over psi at idle.

    Replaced the CP3 then went with T&K tuning and now the truck is weak and won’t hold boost like it should.

    The truck is in and out of gears trying to keep the boost up and it just falls on its face.

    What could be the problem?

    1st I would check all boost tubing and all V clamps..

    Good luck.

    If all goes well I think I would look at my tuning. (I WENT WITH DRD)

    The best customer service ever hands down trust me Ray probably said not him again every time I called, but he always got back to me. LOL.

    Not trying to take any thing away from other tuners there are good ones out there.

    Need more info. What kind of boost pressures are you seeing while the problem is occurring? Any other drivability issues occurring?

    Any other mods done at this time besides turbo, piping and intake along with software?

    To confirm you could build boost and drive fine with prior tuning?

    It’s building 35psi on the gauge. Only when taking off As soon as the truck shifts gears it looses boost and has to down shift to build it back up. The petal will be to the floor and still no boost like it should have.

    The truck was a little better with the Anarchy Tuning but smoked like no other.

    With the T&K tuning it doesn’t smoke at all.

    I’ve had a couple customers with T&K that had tune issues after changing tuning trucks which ran 100 times better.

    I’d check for boost leaks or fuel issues first though.

    I’m not a big fan of Anarchy either from trucks I’ve seen with their tunes.
