    Removing Exhaust Help, DEF Injector

The red safely lock broke off of the def injector plug when trying to push it up.

Any thoughts on how to remove it?

I would try using a pick or scriber to push up on whatever is left of the broken lock. The lock will need to be released to remove the plug without destroying it.

A pick worked, pushed it away and up from the bottom. Does anyone know if its possible to order a new plug? Probably wont ever use it again, but it bugs me!

I would check with your local RAM parts department.

You can probably get the lock from another plug.

Will say, if you have a good parts guy he should be able to get the plug but they are rare.

There are a few websites that sell just electrical plugs and also just automotive plugs.

Search the web as I don't remember them at the moment.

I know because I used one a few years back.
