I was in the dealer I bought the truck from I asked him again now they said they would give it to me but they're going to charge me $25.

I argued that it should be free but they wouldn't budge.

I have heard to always go to the parts counter for this, not the service department.

I’m looking for the website but I’ve seen a build sheet site where you enter VIN and it gives you the build sheet for your truck.

I wonder if this would be included on it.

I feel like this should be given information like a radio code.

Found this link but no, it doesn’t include the PIN#

Never heard of needing a PIN to reprogram the TPMS. The MM3 does it without a PIN, the Autel does it without a PIN. Not sure on why your device would suddenly require one. If you aren't able to get the PIN, PM me your VIN & I'll have a chat with my store & see what I can come up with for you.

From what I understand you need a long to change the Tpms threshold. That way I can run 40-50psi in my 37s without light being on. Or if I want I can completely disable the sensors. I'm using Alfa obd.

My point was that your device is the only device that requires a PIN to do that. Which I find interesting. As I mentioned, if you have any issues, let me know your VIN & I'll see what I can do.

Maybe I don't need the pin but from what I've gathered from the forums and YouTube to change the threshold you do . And Alfa obd is the application using obdlink MX to connect to truck.

Thanks for offering I'll keep you posted. I can always pay the small fee but don't feel I should have to, more of the principle at this point
