I got the dreaded actuator exceeded learning limit code.

The turbo still spools, showing the exhaust brake is applied on the gauge, but I don't hear anything.

I have the P003A Code.

A new actuator will most likely fix it but can't 100% guarantee it.

I have the P003A Code.

Code P003A - This says the actuator could not find the end stops.

This usually is an actuator issue but could be caused by removing the actuator without re-calibrating it.

If you haven’t removed and reinstalled the actuator, your problem is likely the actuator.
