Light Buffeting, Surging, Lunging Under Half-Full Throttle?

Good morning 6.7 brothers and sisters.

The past couple weeks I have had this weird drivability problem develop.

My 3500 has this light jerky feeling when I give it mid to heavy throttle.

It seems like it could possibly be a fuling or turbo pressure variation.

Maybe my AS69 has a little slip?

It definitely has a rhythm or pattern to it.

I tow at 10k to 15k a few times a week at 30hp. I drive around normally at 60 or 90, and rarely have used 120.

I do not hot rod this truck at all ever. Light to mid throttle no issue.

Exhaust brake is always turned on. Always have the trans set to haul/tow.

I live at 10,000' and drive up and down steep hills and mountains daily.

    No codes.

I re-wrote the tuning a week ago with no change.

Any ideas on how to diagnose is greatly appreciated.

I have sent Ray a message as well.

    2017 Ram 3500 Bighorn flatbed

DRD MM3 light tunes for past 10k miles approximately
    4" full exhaust
    Stock tire diameter no lift
    AS 69 trans
    7500 mile oil changes
Changed trans fluid at 30k and 60k
