    Question 5th Gen Code P0299

    Installed CAI and drove it for two days.

    Got on the throttle hard today and threw code P0299.

    Checked tubes and tightened a lose MAF sensor double checked the IAT sensor and it was snug.

    Will the code clear itself or should I take it to the dealer?

    P0299 - Turbocharger Low Boost. Problem lies with your MAP sensor.

    MAP after the turbo OR IAT Before the turbo. Wondering if the CEL will disappear on its own?

    MAP sensor is located on the intake horn closest to the firewall.

    Taking to the dealer tomorrow to clear the code and maybe diagnose, S&B is sending a second revised intake tube the first revision was the IAT sensor spacer, this revision may be a different style tube!

    Hey, I’m having the same issue as you with the S&B intake.

    I’ve been corresponding with them, and they say I have the new version of the intake tube with the “updated” design.

    They won’t get back to me.

    I read some stuff about not over-tightening the IAT.

    I’m not sure if that’s my issue?

    Have you come across any fixes or solutions?
    @DeLo Enterprises ?
