    Active Air Box Help Please

OK I am new to the Cummins and the active air box is kicking my tail.

I have looked at videos and read as much as I could.

I keep getting the service air box message on my 2014.

I have taken the air box out and made sure nothing was blocking the doors.

I have also checked the tube and it is clear and not crushed.

    Any ideas?

Have you checked the sensor wire to make sure it’s plugged in securely?

Yes. I have removed them and put them back a few times.

Double checked the wires each time.

Just a little OCD like that.

Have you scanned it to see what codes it was thrown?

Sorry guys the honey-do list has kept me busy.

The truck isn't throwing any codes the messages just pops up on start up and says active air box service required.

    See dealer.

Does it have the factory air box?

Mine had a S&B cold air intake and it would do the same thing turned out the door inside the box would swing and hit the filter and throw the code, so I just positioned the filter just right and it was all good.

    It is the stock airbox.

I will still double check the filter.

Well no luck there. Filter doesn't look like it interferes at all

If the linkage on the doors are good, have you checked the hose under the fender to see if it's collapsed? When you mentioned tube Idk if you meant this tube or the actual intake tube connecting to the turbo.
