1999 2500 Cummins No Power to Dash No Start

    99 Cummins no start

I found cable to grid heater melted off.

Replaced had 1 blown fuse in truck, replaced.

No start. No wait to start, no radio, no lights. No power to dash.

Everything tight and cleaned. Voltage good, from what I’ve read seems like pcm failed.

    Any way to test?

    Any and all help appreciated.

I am having the same problem with my 99.

I replaced the ECM that controls the cab and still same problem.

After troubleshooting I have traced it to the fuse block on the driver side next to the battery.

    My luck its discontinued.

I have a part number dodge 56045391ab hope this helps.
