    Re: Fuel Filter Question

Most I did was July of last year.

Did about 8k miles of heavy towing for several straight weeks helling a friend move which took a couple loads and that's the earliest I've ever had to change them.

I've also made it as long as 14k miles before it popped up and said to change them.

This is my front filter with 12k on it.

I buy only from high volume stations (Shell 95% of the time & usually Love's/BP/Exxon the other 5%) and have used LX4 Lubricity Extreme since new.

If the filters seem clean, I do remember at least one person having a problem with the filter life on the EVIC dropping way too fast and I believe had the dealer flash it to fix.
