    Required Voltage for MM3 Tuner?

Was wondering what the required voltage is for the MM3 to power up?

Some days all I get is a red/green blinking light and some days it fires right up.

The days it does not power up right away even after driving the truck for some time and unplugging it and plugging it back it in it doesn't always come on.

Went out yesterday and checked the batteries on the drivers side battery part of the negative terminal was loose and I have never messed with it so could have been the issue the whole time.

Both batteries with the truck off read 12.7 - 12.9 volts.

Batteries are 3yrs old, truck only has 22k miles.

Will see how it acts today after sitting over night.
