Do you have a gear indicator you can watch to see gear you're in and what mph/rpm the trans is shifting?
When you change the tire size in the MM3 does your speedometer read the correct speed when driving?

On the MM3 go to PID's and you can display your Tranny gear (actual) and TQ convertor lock up status.
You didn't say who the Tunes are from?
Do you know if the Delete tune that is on the MM3 included Transmission tuning?
If so , did you do a Transmission/Learn after the Tunes were fist put on the truck.
