Truck Died on the HWY Today, Had it Towed

Driving down the hwy 60 miles from home cruise on 70 all of a sudden water in fuel light, check gauges light comes on and tach drops to zero simultaneously and truck looses power, got it going after 3 times died no start and no signal from ignition but it had plenty of battery voltage called AAA while waiting.

I got it started but I let them come tow it home, I just got home so have not checked codes.

Thing is I don't have a factory filter setup with H20 sensor hooked up anymore.

    Any ideas?

Is the FRP on the CSP2 a direct pressure supplied by the CSP3 Fuel pump?
