My doors keep unlocking themselves.

I took the battery out of the fob and it’s still doing it.

Agree! Check to see if you have another key fob in your truck.

Could be the switch in the door itself.

Sometimes the switch(es) gets wet from leaving the window down or just from opening the door in a down-pour.

Hopefully, it will dry out but may not.

If it’s just one door it’s more than likely the lock actuator(or whatever it’s called).
