How to replace DPF sensor A?

I need some help. We bought a 2011 Dodge with a 6.7L and before we made it home it threw a P2453 code. I looked into it and came up with diesel particulate filter pressure sensor A being the problem. My issue is that I don't know where that sensor is. Could ya give me a hand?

If memory servers me correctly crawl under the truck and look on the exhaust side of the tranny. You will see a sensor that has two hoses coming from it. Make sure that it is seated good and not corroded with gunk.

If it is it gunked up it may be faulty. Also the emissions system is covered by the warranty without mods.

    Any mods to the truck?
