    BD Exhaust Brake

I just did an iron horn kit and BD exhaust brake.

Found the down pipe wasn’t seated good this morning and fixed that.

I have a back pressure gauge on order to check but anyone have a BD exhaust brake?

Does it slow you as good as factory VGT?

    Mine doesn’t feel that good.

Makes a lot of noise but was hoping for similar function as the factory.

The fass165 150 sticks and 10mm pump did ok but was running out of rail for anyone interested. It's now gonna have DDP 100%'s, DDP 12mm pump and a FASS 250gph

Thank you. I still have exhaust leaks.

I need to get someone to give me a hand getting the down pipe on good.

It’s a pain to do myself.

    I have one.

    Installed it 2 years ago

Are you sure you have a good seal ahead of the brake?

Is your air pressure set right and do you have any compressed air leaks?

    It’s exhaust leaks.

I didn’t use the compressor for the he kit I have a Klein train horn kit with the better compressor and installed a tank pressure gauge inside the truck.

    I know it’s good.

You can smell the exhaust so I need to take it apart again it’s after the turbo I’m 90% sure of it.

Just tough to get it all together alone.

What state are you from buddy?

If you were close to me I’d offer a hand, but chances are probably slim LOL.

    I’m in PA.

I’ll get someone I have to work on it outside so weather hasn’t been the nicest to me.

Gotta love PA this time of year.

Hey it’s 70 today and snowing tomorrow LOL.
