    Code P0381 after Tuning

I bought my truck from my brother's widow and it never had a problem until I deleted and tuned it.

Truck operates according to spec on cold start with indication of grid heater operation and audible relay cycling.

My research tells me it's probably a bad instrument cluster.

Can a tune be made to address this?

It's a 2013 2500 fully deleted with MM3 tunes by Road Ready Diesel.

Did you try contacting the place that done your tuning?

Did you clear the code via MM3?

I tried to reach out to Road Ready and that is why I'm here as a LPM.

I reset the code and it will stay off if I start the engine before the pre-heat message comes up on the display.

If I wait for the grid heater icon to go out, it will set a code every time.

Yes we can make tuning that disables that code.

    Road Ready Diesel.

Sounds like they're trying to capitalize on Double R Diesel's name.

    He's in Louisiana.

I try to spend my money in the south.

I got a great deal but came with box tunes.

Now I get to spend more to get my truck right.
