Help! Diagnosing Vibration/Noise Issue

14 2500 on Carli Pintop.

Starting at 40 mph, with wheel straight or right there is a significant noise and vibration in wheel/under feet.

Turn wheel a few inches left and it disappears.

Shop thought it was bad drivers side hub, but the issue remains.

Any ideas?

Already 700 in with no end in sight.

U-joints? Out of balance tires? Does differential have correct amount of fluid?
