This all started after doing a grid heater delete 6 months or so ago.

I broke the plastic on the common rail sensor tightening the #6 fuel line.

So I replaced the pressure sensor.

For several months I lived with a small fuel leak that seemed to be coming from the pressure sensor I replaced.

It slowly got worse to the point where I was getting low common rail pressure code when towing.

So out comes the pressure rail sensor and in goes a new one.

Put it all back together and no start after ALOT of cranking, noticed I was getting a high circuit common rail pressure code and when checking the HS mini max it was reading 118 KSI, order a new common rail, lines, and sensor bc the nuts on the hard lines were getting boogers up, same issue with the high fuel rail sensor circuit, reading 118 KSI and no start. Plus fuel is leaking out near the pressure sensor after cranking.

I did not torque the pressure sensor as I don’t have a deep well 1 1/16 socket but I have her all I got with a box end wrench with the rail in a bench vice.

So I put the old leaking pressure sensor in and it starts but is leaking fuel so bad it will not stay running for more than a min or so before it dies with a low common rail fuel pressure code.

When running mini max reads 1-2 KSI for common rail pressure.

Any HELPFUL suggestions as I am about to loose the last few hairs on my head!

Thanks, SC
