Good Morning,
This is my first time on here, so I apologize in advance, if I am posting in the wrong area.
I have a 2017 RAM 4500 Laramie.
I tow with it regularly, average 12,000lbs.
I average around 8mpg.
I am looking for the best way to boost fuel mileage.
A bump in power wouldn’t hurt, especially when I go into the mountains.
What is y’all’s thoughts?
Is your truck a C&C?

I can't answer you questions due to my 2017 remains still OEM within the 6.7L & Emissions @ least until warranty is up.

8mpg when pulling that weight sounds about right for a stock truck. Depending on the terrain and how fast you drive it probably won't get much better than that even with upgrades. Not trying to discourage you from upgrading your truck, as there is room for improvement, just didn't want you thinking there was some magic bullet that would gain you 5mpg when towing.
